Based on Amy Spurlings innovative novel-and-companion-guide combo, My Soviet Kitch is an original and intelligent romantic comedy about finding 'the one' in the most unlikely of places whilst trying to remain true to a career and yourself. Its about contrast and perpective, how the bonds of family are universal from Kent to Tashkent, but how freedom from the conventions of home can change your way of seeing the world forever.
